Video Presentation & Submission
The instructions for the video and video submission for virtual presentation are:
- The duration of the video must not exceed 6 minutes.
- Video may be presented using various method for example canva, powtoon, etc.
- Presenters are encouraged to present a topic relevant to the symposium’s theme – Building Compassionate Global Leaders. Explain how your insights align with the goals and interests of student leaders.
- Video must be uploaded in the YouTube channel. The title of the video must be clearly stated in the YouTube video description. Please set the privacy setting to ‘UNLISTED’ if you want to restrict the audience to those who has the link only.
- Submit your video link to the registration form in the ‘Registration’ section. The deadline of video submission is on 4 March 2024.
Topics
Some of the proposed topics for presentation (but not restricted to) include:
- Your personal experiences in leadership roles, highlighting challenges faced, lessons learned, and personal growth achieved.
- Discussion on key leadership principles that have guided you. At the same time provide practical examples illustrating the application of these principles.
- Success stories or projects, showcasing successful leadership initiatives or collaborations that you have been a part of.
- Challenges that you have encountered in leadership roles and your innovative solutions or strategies implemented to overcome the challenges.
- Presenters may also share tips for building strong relationships and teamwork while emphasizing the importance of effective communication and collaboration in leadership.
Certificates & Awards
Every presenter and participant will be issued e-certificates for their involvement in the symposium.
Ten most outstanding presenters will be honoured with the Best Presentation Award, while the ten best videos will also receive recognition through the Best Video Presentation Awards.

Each entry must be accompanied by an entry fees of:
Presenters- USD2.20/RM10
Invited Speakers – USD6.60/RM30
(FPP, FBK UniSZA and FEB UNEJ students are entitled to 40% discount)
*for all presenters who are participating in person and those presenting through video.
